Fire-prevention glass Pyrofen II

The company "Phoenix" produces a new generation fire-resistant fire-prevention laminated glass, «PYROFEN-II».

New technologies in the production of fire-resistant glass

Fire-prevention fireproof glass Pyrofen II-60PYROFEN-II glass according to the characteristics conforms to requirements of specifications of TU-5923-002-39426809-2014 and is intended for use indoors at not normalized installation coal. When using fire-prevention glasses for an external glazing, they are installed as a part of a double-glazed window with orientation to the room. Glass has excellent heat-shielding properties, maintains its integrity in case of fire, no breaks upon contact with water from the automatic fire suppression systems. Production successfully passed tests and the certificate of conformity No. SSRP-RU.PB74.N.00039 was received in 25.08.2014.

PYROFEN-II glass is available in four versions:

  1. Pyrofen II- 30. Glass block (5.5.3) consists of two tempered glasses thickness 5mm. between them the polymeric layer thickness 3mm, has a limit of fire resistance of E60W60I30.
  2. Pyrofen II- 45. Glass block (5.5.6) consists of two tempered glasses thickness 5mm. between them the polymeric layer thickness 6mm, has a limit of fire resistance of E60W45I45.
  3. Pyrofen II - 60. The glass block (5.5.5.3) consists of three tempered glasses thickness 5mm. between them two polymeric laying on 3 mm., has a limit of fire resistance of EIW60.
  4. Pyrofen II- 90. The glass block (5.5.5.5.3) consists of four tempered glasses thickness 5mm. between them two polymeric laying on 3 mm., has a limit of fire resistance of EIW90.

The advantages of fire-resistant glass «PYROFEN-II» are:

  • Excellent fire protection properties. Glass has excellent heat-shielding properties, maintains its integrity in case of fire, no breaks upon contact with water from the automatic fire extinguishing systems
  • Highly transparent glass. Glass does not react to ultraviolet radiation, and does not require special UV filters;
  • Less weight of glass. Proportion of flame retardant gel (polymer) less than the specific weight of the glass, whereby the square meter of glass 20-30% lighter than any conventional fire resistant glass;
  • High sound insulation, 36-38 dB;
  • High durability of glass is reached due to use of the tempered glass, durability — CM4;
  • Better waterproofing glass. The fire-resistant glasses Pyrofen II, a special distance frame 3M (or analog tape with 3-4mm acrylic adhesive layer) and a secondary hermetic sealing based on Hot Melt that provides greater waterproofing;
  • The new generation of fire-resistant Pyrofen II glasses can be made easily with a figured edge, in particular, in the form of round "porthole" glasses;
  • Application for a glazing of Sea vessels and Military transport;
  • Temperature range of storage, transportation and operation of fire-prevention glasses makes from - 15C to + 40C.

In addition to these advantages - it is important that in the new fire-resistant glass Pyrofen II does not include semi-liquid or gel formulations, no change after manufacture. No cases of "stratification" and the appearance of "bubbles", "cloud" after the installation of fire-resistant glass on the object.

In case of fire, at about 120 ° C, transparent polymer layers change their physical properties and the glass turns into a rigid and opaque protective structure.

Glass Pyrofen II delivered to the customer made at the request of the customer, and completely ready for installation with the necessary documents.
